Goods may not be returned until a Return Authorisation Number has been obtained from the Company. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions on How to Cancel An Order, which are available from us on request.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in our main

We may be forbidden to supply some products to certain territories
Price , Payment and Delivery
The price for each product shall be the recommended retail price for that Product (disregarding any special offers, promotions or other discounts) that is quoted on this Website on the date you place your order, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether technical or otherwise) by us. Quantity discounts, special modifications etc may be negotiated independently; please contact us for details.
Prices are ex works and do not include Value Added Tax, which will be charged to UK orders at the prevailing rate; VAT will not be added to EU orders (other than from the UK) provided that a valid Tax Registration Number is supplied at the time of ordering, otherwise VAT at the prevailing UK rate must be paid. Packing, insurance and shipping charges are additional. Please note that, on delivery of your package, you may be liable to pay local customs duty and taxes and the shipping company's customs clearance fee. Postage quoted on this website is via the most suitable Post Office service. The customer accepts responsibility for the goods once they are shipped. Please note also that goods may be delayed in customs clearance when shipped by this method. Please contact us for courier service rates (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT etc), and for costs for insurance.
Where products cannot be shipped within 14 days of placing your order, you will be notified of the expected shipping date by email.
Where a delivery estimate is quoted "from receipt of order and payment", payment shall be deemed to have occurred when the funds are available for use in our banking account. Please note that payments via PayPal and similar service can take up to 5 working days to arrive in our banking account. BACS payments take typically 3 days to arrive.
All delivery estimates are given in working days, ie do not include weekends and public holidays.
The Warranty for items bought via this website via the credit card facility is limited to a maximum of 12 months, excluding misuse and fair wear-and-tear. The Warranty does not apply to components which are commonly regarded as consumable, eg fuses, bulbs, etc. In some instances, the manufacturers represented by the Company offer a longer warranty period, for which the Company does not accept responsibility. The Warranty applies only to goods which are faulty. Goods which have been wrongly ordered or mis-specified will only be exchanged or a refund issued at our discretion, and a processing fee may be charged to cover our expenses. Our Warranty is of a "return to base" type, and the customer is responsible for the cost shipping the goods back to us in adequate packaging. No liability can be accepted for any consequential losses.
Marketing and Contacts
We reserve the right to enter the details of all contacts made through meetings, telephone, email, fax and other media onto our mailing list, which will be used periodically to send via email newsletters etc containing information on our products, services and company. All newsletters will contain a link where anyone may unsubscribe from the list, and the "Subject" field of all such emails will clearly state the contents of the communication. This is in full compliance with the Can Spam regulations.
